Shipping Policy
- Same-Day Shipping:
- Orders placed before 15:00 (3 PM) on business days are shipped the same day. Orders placed after 15:00 or on weekends and holidays will be shipped the next business day.

- A tracking number will be sent via email after your order ships.

Refund & Return Policy
This policy applies to all products purchased via the Dammie checkout.
- 14-Day Return Policy:
- Customers may return products within 14 days of delivery, provided the items are unused, in their original packaging, and meet the return criteria.
- Physical Products:
- Due to hygiene reasons, some physical products may not be returned or exchanged unless defective.
- Undelivered Orders:
- If an order is returned to Dammie due to an incorrect address or non-delivery, it will be canceled, and the purchase price (excluding postage) refunded. Customers will need to place a new order.
- Non-Received Items:
- If an order isn’t delivered within the specified timeframe and no resolution is found, a replacement may be issued.
- Unauthorized Returns:
- Items returned without prior approval from the support team will not be refunded or exchanged.
- Return Processing Time:
- Once we receive your returned item, please allow up to two weeks for review and processing. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once approved.
