Software: The Dammie website (www.dammie.store). Content: Any text, files, data, images, graphics, and other materials created or owned by Dammie. Product: Any item, whether digital or physical, purchased through the Dammie platform. Seller: Refers to Dammie, the brand you are purchasing from. Service: The user area and features offered through the Dammie website. General Terms of Use Users must create an Account to access the Service. Users must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. All activities on the platform must comply with Dammie’s Acceptable Use Policy. Users are responsible for all activities that occur under their Account and agree not to sell, transfer, or assign their account or any related rights. Only authorized individuals or entities may create accounts on behalf of others (e.g., employers or clients). The Dammie logo and branding are trademarks and cannot be used without written consent. Shipping Policy Same-Day Shipping: Orders placed before 15:00 (3 PM) on business days are shipped the same day. Orders placed after 15:00 or on weekends and holidays will be shipped the next business day. Delivery Times: Typically 1-3 business days, depending on location. Tracking: A tracking number will be sent via email after your order ships. Shipping Rates Standard Shipping: €5.95 for orders under €65. Free for orders over €65. Express Shipping: Available at an additional cost, calculated at checkout. Refund and Return Policy This policy applies to all products purchased via the Dammie checkout. 30-Day Return Policy: Customers may return products within 30 days of delivery, provided the items are unused, in their original packaging, and meet the return criteria. Physical Products: Due to hygiene reasons, some physical products may not be returned or exchanged unless defective. Undelivered Orders: If an order is returned to Dammie due to an incorrect address or non-delivery, it will be canceled, and the purchase price (excluding postage) refunded. Customers will need to place a new order. Non-Received Items: If an order isn’t delivered within the specified timeframe and no resolution is found, a replacement may be issued. Unauthorized Returns: Items returned without prior approval from the support team will not be refunded or exchanged.
