Product Care

Dammie glasses come with a premium microfiber cloth designed to keep your lenses crystal clear.

For the best care, clean them with water and mild soap—no harsh chemicals, solvents, or alcohol.

Avoid rough or dirty cloths and use only the one provided for a scratch-free finish.

Storage & Protection

Keep our sunglasses in their case when not in use, stored in a dry place between -10°C and +35°C.

Treat them right, and they’ll keep you looking sharp every day.

Shipping Policy

Orders placed before 15:00 (3 PM) on business days are shipped the same day. Orders placed after 15:00, or during weekends or public holidays, will be shipped on the next business day.

Estimated delivery time is between one to three business days, depending on the destination.

A tracking number will be provided by email once your order has been dispatched.

For standard shipping, a €5.95 shipping fee applies to orders under €75. Orders above €75 qualify for free standard shipping. These rates apply to deliveries within the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, and Luxembourg. For all other EU countries, a flat shipping fee of €12.95 applies regardless of the order amount.

Express shipping is available for select countries. The cost of express shipping will be calculated and displayed at checkout. All orders are shipped using a general courier service.

Please note that import duties, VAT, and any other applicable taxes outside of the Netherlands are the responsibility of the customer and may be charged upon delivery, depending on your country’s regulations.

Refund & Return Policy

This return policy applies to all purchases made through the official Dammie checkout.

Products can be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused, in their original packaging, and meet the return conditions.

Due to hygiene considerations, certain physical items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect shipping address or a failed delivery attempt, it will be canceled and refunded, excluding shipping costs. A new order must be placed if the customer still wishes to receive the item or items.

If an order is not delivered within the estimated timeframe and no resolution is found, a replacement may be issued after a full investigation.

Returns sent without prior approval from our support team will not be accepted or refunded.

Once we receive your returned item, please allow up to 14 business days for inspection and processing. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
